You are not alone

I know how hard it can be to seek help, in-fact I know how hard it can be to even recognise that sometimes we need help.

 At times things happen in our lives that we didn't ever plan and feelings can take over and overwhelm us, it happens to all of us at some point in our lives.  Firstly I can assure you that you are not alone. We live in a society that brings different pressures every day. We all feel them.  I can help you explore a number of issues that you could be facing, together we can build a connection that will be the base of a therapeutic relationship.  From that relationship we can build the trust it takes to explore paths from the past that are stopping you from moving forward with your life.  We can work on the present with issues that are having an impact on your well-being and happiness.  Understanding the reasons to why you feel a certain way or behave in a certain manor can help to get a balance and help make things seem easier to process.  I am not more than you, I am not the expert in your life.  You are the expert in your life, only you have lived your life with your experiences and your perceptions that bring you to where you are today, but together we can start to explore what is causing you to feel how you do right now.  Change can happen and together we can start to understand how that change can take place.  I will not judge you and I provide a safe space to explore those emotions.  Connections with people are great but a connection with yourself can be amazing.  Lets start your journey of self discovery together.
